Olfactory universe: Honeydew – Green – Powdered
Symbol of a winter Riviera, this southern flower illuminates gardens and hills. Like the velvet, its bright and fragrant gold pompoms bloom in a mild climate. Between azure and yellow sun, there is a tourist route of 130km: the Route of the Mimosa which extends from Bormes-les-Mimosas to Grasse.
Delicate, this flower gives off a powdery, honeyed or even solar scent. Its fresh and flowery facets mingle with the green smell of the branches and is closer to the violet, more subtle and airy.
A secret ingredient of perfumers, Mimosa nevertheless remains a pillar in the composition of perfumes. Its heady smell is used in small doses.

Living at the rate of its flowering, Mandelieu-La Napoule is known as the capital of Mimosa. The nearby massif of Tanneron, in about fifteen kilometers from Grasse, develops in its case the majestic forest of Mimosa.
